What is BaZi?




Bazi is a Chinese Astrology that uses your date of birth and time of birth to form a four pillars chart containing 8 characters. Each pillar has two characters, making it "eight characters".

In a BaZi chart, one can get to know what are his or her inborn talents. In addition, by analyzing the chart, one can know how he or she can plan out his/her life in achieving what they want through the understanding of the luck cycles in his/her life.

Some people may think that life is fated and it is imprinted in the BaZi chart. That is what has been hearsay from the old times. But it has been evolved and used as a tool for people to make a betterment in their life, planning out their journey in life. And that is the correct way of using your BaZi chart.

In short, the BaZi chart outlines the potential events and life-path that are in store for you in the future but it requires your participation in order for the events to materialize, whether it is a good or bad event. Your own free will and your environment will have the power to change the circumstances that you can anticipate by analyzing the chart, then manoeuvre it to a more positive outcome.

One Minute Post - Feng Shui for Your Working or Studying Desk

There are multiple ways where you can arrange your working desk in your room. In this post, I will share with you one way to arrange your desk in your room. Here is the one thing I would strongly advise NOT to do:  Place your desk where when you sit, you are able to see who is coming in from the door. This does not only make sure aware of who is coming into your room, but also prevents you from getting an unwanted surprise from anyone coming into your room while you are working. It is advisable to place the desk in a position where you can see most of the spaces in your room with your back facing a solid blank wall.  I do not advise placing your desk in a way that your back is facing the door of the room.
